Sorry to be so tardy in responding. As you by now may know, Intellidose does contain a staging wizard and has capacity for toxicity grading and clinical trials.

Hello:
We are a Centricity/Intellidose practice of 4 oncologists in Santa Monica, CA. We are also an Oncology Supply practice. Nucleus is not available in California yet. Intellidose is now interfacing with Lynx Mobile and plans on interfacing with…
Thanks. You are a true find! I will work on this with my partners. Are you able to dictate directly into your office EHR? It sounds like you dictate using your Treo into the dictation systems of your hospitals. I don't catch how you are dictating in…
We are using GE Centricity PM/EMR interfaced with Intellidose (Intrinsiq) with great success. The ability to enhance patient safety and mine data is excellent.

Hello:
We are a 4 MD practice in heme-onc and use DNS with our tablets in Centricity PM/EMR. What software system are you using to dicate using your Treo. We would like to set up a system using our Treos or IPhones.

We use web based portals for patient registration, bill pay, secure messaging, eVisits, refill requests, etc. We are in Centricity and the system is excellent.

Please tell us a little about your experience with EHRs. Are you learning, implementing, or a current EHR user? How can the Oncology EHR Social Network help you? Detailed answers usually get quicker membership approvals.
Implemented with Centricity CPS integrated with Intellidose.
I have read, understand and agree to the the Oncology EHR social network terms and conditions linked to from the main page.
We are implemented with Centricity Practice Solutions interfaced with Intellidose as well as our lab, e-prescribing and Secure Messaging/Patient Portal. We are very satisfied with our solution but would like to reach out to any other single specialty or multi specialty practices in which oncologists are using Centricity and Intellidose.

Hi, Marilou, how are you doing with dictation? I found a reference from iPhoue blog about how to do the same with an iPhone . You'll find it @ : http://www.theiphoneblog.com/2008/10/14/how-to-add-extensions-or-extra-digits-to-iphone-telephone-numbers/
Hope it helps!
As Jay has pointed out above, I agree with the cost part of centricity and other major EHRs. The functionality of EHR is well mantained by many other EHRs. I know about EPIC that their templates take up doctor's time in checking off even the normal functions areas (while the patient may have come only for a certain issue). Our EHR team used to work for EPIC and ALLScripts. We have tired to simplify many such things to make it easy for physicians.
Very specifically catering to Oncology, we have a tool that will help in cutting down lot of upfront work for qualifying patients for their treatments and also seek prepaaprovals from insurance. There is a very good response to this tool from several Onco physicians.
It all comes down to open minededness and time availability of the hospitals and physicians to look at other systems than standard ones. It really does not matter as everyone now has to be CCHIT certified anyway. We have the development team of our own that can customize the prodcut to client needs, while we also have CCHIT certified product.
