We are using Intellidose now fluently with Centricity. We use the CCC V-8 forms including the Oncology forms. We have multiple interfaces, most recently adding the charge interface where our treatment charges flow to the Centricity PM. It is wonderful and lessens the cost per claim dramatically as well as decreasing the time from service to receipt by clearinghouse.
We are learing VFE but one really needs to have a practice member become the VFE pro through training. We can share with you the forms we have.
We create our protocols in Intellidose and work through that program but interface to Centricity so the drugs flow to the MAR, the eNurse notes to the chart as an external document and the charges to the PM of Centricity.

We incorporate Intellidose to run tandem with Centricity EMR. This was the fix to the failed CCC product originally offered to us for chemotherapy writing. The flowsheet updates automatically but we still have integration issues.

I am still looking for the best progress note/H&P template.
Does anyone have any experience with Visual Forms Editor?

would anybody be interested in sharing their templates?

We use customized forms with action buttons to populate chemotherapy regimen data. I would be interested to know if any of your groups are doing the same, what challenges you have encountered and what you have done to address them.
